The top management at NBC consists of professionals with over 50 man years of diversified experience both within and outside India.

A strong team of 60 qualified and experienced personnel who have adopted NBC’s vision to be their lives’ personal vision support the top management in their endeavours. Their committed efforts has been the anchor behind NBC’s leap from strength to strength over the past decade. Their versatility to change has been the reason for the present day professionalism that NBC can be proud of.

Kalyan Chakravarthy (Chief Executive Officer)

Kalyan possesses over two decades of experience in international marketing. He is an MBA from New York Institute of Technology, USA. With his keen sense of business and proven expertise in launching products of family run businesses in the international markets such as USA, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, Kalyan has been instrumental in giving NBC a strong foothold in the Southeast Asian markets. He contribution to NBC lies in identifying strategic domestic and overseas market areas and ensuring company’s consistent growth.

Swaroopa Rani (Chief Financial Officer)

Swaroopa with her academic background in Finance and 10 years of experience in handling financial operations of various companies, heads the finance department at NBC. Her contributions to NBC include cost control measures, efficient financial planning and full utilization for infrastructural facilities. This has enabled NBC to have high fixed asset turnover ratio.

Sri S.M.Prasad (General Manager – Marketing)

He has been associated with the company for over a decade and looks after the domestic and African market. He has also played a key role in developing the quality of NBC’s product to import substitute standards. His future plans for NBC include product development in Pet Litter, Bentonite for Petroleum Drilling, Building Construction , Agriculture, Aquaculture and others.
